Progression Ladders

These lists are the progression from the most basic trick to the goal trick. Before attempting the goal trick, look at the list and ask yourself; which tricks in this list am I weak at? Work on those tricks first before returning to the goal trick and you should have more success due to better fundamentals. Keep in mind, it is not required that you land every trick in the list first before attempting your goal trick. Although, that would be ideal. Some tricks in the lists are more for association, visualization and trampoline training purposes. If you work your way down the list in order and land each and every step you are sure to land the goal trick without a problem. Check the tool tips on each of the tricks in the example list to the right so you can better understand how progression ladders work.
